2. Use of Service & Intellectual Property
Drik Jyotish grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our software and generate personal horoscope charts and PDF reports for individual or family use.
- You may not scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract proprietary code or astronomical databases from the web application.
- All original design elements, branding, algorithms, text explanations, and visual charts are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Calculation Accuracy & Ephemeris Notice
Our planetary positions, ascendant degrees, and panchangam timings are computed using the internationally recognized Swiss Ephemeris (Sweph) in conjunction with the standard Lahiri (Chitra Paksha) Ayanamsa. While our calculations achieve mathematical precision down to fractions of an arcsecond, the accuracy of any astrological horoscope inherently depends on the precise birth time, date, and geographic coordinates supplied by the user.
4. User In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Optional premium upgrades (such as ad-free passes or expanded PDF export privileges) are billed through the authorized platform billing system (e.g. Google Play Billing). Billing terms, renewal dates, and cancellation procedures are governed by the respective store's payment guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Drik Jyotish, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, or from any decisions made based on astrological forecasts.
